From Lancaster and points south:

Take PA-501 NORTH / LITITZ PIKE for 7.3 miles
Stay on PA-501 NORTH, pass the Lancaster Airport, through Lititz, cross the train tracks and pass Wilbur Chocolate Factory
At the traffic light, Turn Left onto W LINCOLN AVE
You will pass the Johnson & Johnson facility on the left
After 0.8 miles, the church will be on your Right

From the Harrisburg area:

Take PA-283 EAST for 15.9 miles toward LANCASTER
Take the PA 772 exit toward MANHEIM
Turn left onto MOUNT JOY RD (PA 772)
After 4.2 miles you will enter the square in Manheim (PA 772 turns right, you stay straight on HIGH ST)
HIGH ST becomes DOE RUN RD
DOE RUN RD becomes W LINCOLN AVE
You will pass PENN VALLEY RD on the Right, the church is 0.7 miles ahead on the Left
If you pass the Johnson & Johnson facility on the right, you went too far

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike traveling East:

Take the LANCASTER-LEBANON EXIT (PA TURNPIKE INTERCHANGE 20 / 266)
Turn Right onto PA-72 / LEBANON RD, stay on PA-72 for 5.4 miles into Manheim
At the traffic light, Turn Left onto DOE RUN RD, continue for 4.2 miles
DOE RUN RD becomes W LINCOLN AVE
You will pass PENN VALLEY RD on the Right, the church is 0.7 miles ahead on the Left
If you pass the Johnson & Johnson facility on the right, you went too far

From the Pennsylvania Turnpike traveling West:

Take the READING EXIT (PA TURNPIKE INTERCHANGE 21 / 286)
Turn Left onto US-222 SOUTH toward Lancaster, stay on US-222 for 9.1 miles
Take the PA-772 exit towards BROWNSTOWN/ROTHSVILLE
Turn Right onto PA-772 / NEWPORT RD, stay on PA-772 for 5.2 miles into Lititz
Turn Right onto PA-501 NORTH / N BROAD ST, cross the train tracks and pass Wilbur Chocolate Factory
